Register of offered state property

The National Agency for Network and Electronic Services is, according to Act NR SR no. 278/1993 Coll. on the management of state property, as amended, obliged to publish offers of surplus state property for transfer of management within the tender procedure, sale within a special tender procedure or electronic auction, as well as offers of temporarily surplus state property for rent in the register of offered state property on the portal https://www.ropk.sk/index.

The register of state property offered is a publicly accessible record of surplus state property offered as part of a tender procedure, special tender procedure or electronic auction for sale and temporarily surplus state property offered for rent. The register is a public administration information system managed by the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic.
