Procurement

Public procurement is the rules and procedures according to Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), which regulate the awarding of contracts for the supply of goods, contracts for the performance of construction works, contracts for the provision of services, competition for proposals, the awarding of concessions for construction works, the awarding of concessions for services and management in public procurement.

A contract for the purposes of this Act is a remuneration contract concluded between one or more public contracting authorities or contracting authorities on the one hand and one or more successful bidders on the other, the subject of which is the delivery of goods, the execution of construction works or the provision of a service.

The National Agency for Network and Electronic Services is a public contracting authority pursuant to § 7 par. 1 letter d) following § 7 par. 2 of the Act.
